1.8V power surge on USB Plug

1.8V power surge on USB Plug

Hello,

We have a power surge on the 1.8V provided by the DA14681 when we plug the USB. Measurements are in the files attached

After the surge, the 1.8V is stable.

The overshot may damage the components using the 1.8V.

There is a way to remove this overshot?

Hello,

This is a custom board.

We disabled the code by inserting a "while (1)" at in the beginning of "main()"

So we assume, the issue comes from our hardware.

Hi tcubizolle,

Would it be possible to replicate this with any of the DA1468x DKs? I would also recommend checking your design if it is according to AN-B-061 Application Note: DA1468x Application Hardware Design Guidelines .
