Central - scanning for devices

Thu, 2020-10-29 13:35 -- adam.stroz

I have a small questions, I configure my device as central (currently i'm using "da14531_ble_central_implementation" example). My question is, why Da14531 do not recognize android phone? Is android a BLE central or peripheral device? And second questions. When my device operate as peripheral, can i start connection with central?

如何使用SmartSnippets Toolbox v5.0.14.3080 电池生命周期估计工具

我在使用Battery Lifetime Estimator工具的时候,有如下疑问,请解答。

           Retention current-SysRam3

           Retention current-SysRam2

           Retention current-SysRam1

3、 CPU extra processing time 这个参数是什么意思,我又怎么来确定它呢?

power consumption of "DA14531-DA14585-586 Simple beacon Example" is high

I test your demo application "DA14531-DA14585-586 Simple beacon Example",

Its power consumption is high compared to Demo "DA14531 ibeacon", you can see the power profiler tool snapshot in the attachment.

I want to know why its current is so high even set to sleep mode.

Can you give me some guidence how to modify it to reduce power consumption.

Thanks a lot!

DA14531 Deep Sleep with Timer1

Sun, 2020-10-25 15:28 -- slvick0f1

I was able to use your "Deep Sleep Configuration" example to and successfully set up to wake from Timer1.  Using the Power Profiler I see that my average current consumption is around 40uA.

I would like to achieve even lower average current consumption using the same setup, but perhaps modulating the Timer1 time to wakeup.  Looks like it might currently be waking up every 700msec.

Verifying the scaner's identity

Hello there,

Is there a way to detect a previously paired device?

I'm using the scan_request tracker example and ble_app_security and I'm able to print out the address of the device that has sent the scan request. However, I want to check this address and know when a device that has been paired and is disconnected, sends a scan request.

Is there a way to verify if a device has been previously paired with?

Hi Dialog

failed to convert system string to char      erro:    cfg_gui_comon.cpp,是不是还需要安装其他软件。
