I use the Remote Mouse ,which came from the Dialog Ref designs, but the PC,running on win8.1, can't find the mouse and can't connect the mouse with PC?

Is there any difference between pulsing the reset pin or disconnecting and reconnecting the power to the chip?
We are currently developing SUOTA function for both Android and IOS mobile devices. It would be great to have the source code to help embedding SUOTA into our existing App.

I use the DSPS device keil project and have only modify this parameters :
- nvds.c : NVDS_TAG_UART_BAUDRATE to 19200, and NVDS_TAG_DEVICE_NAME
- periph_setup.h : TX to P0.6, RX to P0.7, RTS to P0.4, CTS to P0.5
- uart_sps.h : UART_SPS_BAUDRATE set to UART_BAUDRATE_19K2
I use hardware flow control, 8N1 UART and PAN1740 USB stick connected to a PIC16 custom board.
I use a custom DSPS based Android app.
If the PIC don't respect baud rate the PAN1740 crash and I lost the BT connection...
Currently we are working on a design for a secure beacon using the DA14580. We are trying to minimize the size of the PCB and additionally to make it harder to read the internal OTP.
Therefore we would like the PCB to NOT have UART TX RX or jtag pads. However this means we would need to program the device before assembly.
AN-B-020 states that 6.8V can only be applied after VBAT and I see a provision to handle this on the Murata development board and a setting for it in SmartSnippets using an I/O pin to control VPP. What I don't see is any method for controlling the 6.8V separate from VBAT on the Dialog Basic or Pro boards. How is it handled in the Dialog development tools?
We are planning on using the PAN1740 module in one of our modules, however I am unable to download any Software user manual, or Smart Snippets software from the support website. I have accepted the terms and conditions for a restricted download and still haven't received any notification enabling me to download.
I have to test our proof of concept fairly soon but I am reluctant to order any hardware without knowing that there is valid support software available.
I would really appreciate if some one can help me sort this issue out.
I use the following setup with DSPS:
M3 MCU >> UART + HW Flow control >> DA14580-01 DSPS Device >> BLE >> DA14580-01 DSPS Host (ZY daughter board with P2ML3078 eval board) >> FTDI (of the eval board) >> PC -win7
I send 901bytes every 128msec, which is close to the defined max throughput of the DSPS, from the M3 and expect to get them in the PC, but I get about 1-2 lost packets per minute.
What can I do in order to overcome this?
Our plan is to have a lock Bluetooth (da14580), then the other end is also a transit board Bluetooth (da14580)
Normally, two Bluetooth are in receipt of the equipment, which the Transfer command, turn-based Bluetooth connection lock, issuing an instruction to lock.
Or abnormal end lock, the lock of the end Bluetooth becomes the primary connection to the data transfer plate spread out.
