I would first checking section 4.3 Device Characteristics from the DA14531 Module Datasheet. The power depends on the connection or advertising intervals as well. You can also take a look at the DA14531 Sleep Mode Tutorial (HTML) and use the SmartSnippets Toolbox V5.0.14 for Windows OS to measure the current consumption.

You could take a look at the DA14531 SoC. We have a module available too, namely DA14531 SmartBond TINY™ Module. It has very small dimensions and is very low power. It reduces the overall cost too.
