I know that how does a peripheral achieve SUOTA,but i dont know how deos a central achieve SUOTA.
please suggest what should i do.

We only supply the SUOTA demo on the peripheral, user can reference the SUOTA protocol to implement it on the central.
The SUOTA protocol is described in section 9 of the SW developers Guide: https://www.dialog-semiconductor.com/sites/default/files/um-b-056-da1468x_software_developers_guide_6v0.pdf
