Changing counter data by I2C or ??

Is there any way to change the data of a counter externally?   I assumed I2C but open to alternatives.

I need to create a pulse train, nominal 100mS on time, 1PPS rep rate, but I also need to be able to vary both of these parameters by some amount, in a deterministic manner.

Hi David,

Hi David,

any device with I2C block from GPAK line allows user to change counter data and some other options on fly and some devices can be fully reconfigured through I2C. Please refer to base datasheet for more details.

Thanks for your question
